Sr. MEP QA/QC Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 08–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in MEP contracting (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing systems).
• Familiarity with DCD, DM, DEWA & other authority regulations.
• Experience in villa & high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
• Candidates who can join immediately, will be given top priority.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting).
• Conduct inspections for incoming materials, site installations, testing & commissioning activities.
• Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, checklists, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality and inspection matters.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards (DCD, Dubai Municipality, DEWA where applicable).
• Monitor site work to ensure adherence to approved drawings and standards.
• Conduct NCR (Non-Conformance Report) investigations and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare final handover QA/QC documentation and testing reports.
