REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in *Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline*.
*Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects.*
*Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.*
Strong hands-on experience with *QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, material approvals, and NCR management*.
Good knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, and other fit-out works.
Experience coordinating with *clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams*.
Strong understanding of project specifications, approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards.
Knowledge of UAE quality requirements, fire-rated materials, and relevant authority standards is an added advantage.
Experience preparing *quality dossiers, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and handover documentation*.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quality requirements simultaneously.
*NEBOSH/IOSH or relevant HSE certification is an added advantage*, but quality experience should be the primary focus.
Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Prepare, review, and maintain *Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures*.
Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and coordinate *Material Submittals, samples, technical documents, and material approvals*.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors regarding quality requirements and inspections.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Identify non-conforming work and raise *Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)* where required.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify proper closure of NCRs and quality observations.
Conduct regular quality audits and site inspections to identify potential quality issues before completion.
Maintain inspection records, test reports, material certificates, approvals, quality dossiers, and other project quality documentation.
Coordinate required testing and inspections with consultants and relevant third parties.
Monitor calibration and validity of testing and measuring equipment where applicable.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports for management.
Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and successful project handover.
