Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a focus on technology or telecommunications products
- Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and customer service to build trust and close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and lead tracking
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales approaches to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
- Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new technologies is essential
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective and current clients within assigned territories to promote our products and services
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base
- Manage territory accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through excellent customer service
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions of our solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support revenue growth
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze territory performance
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and sales strategies to maximize outreach and conversion rates
