REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding, ideally within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely.
• Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement.
• The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, on the phone, and face-to-face.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the EMEA market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals.
• Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on our client’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
• Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the EMEA market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence.
