Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor errors.
– Experience reviewing healthcare, medical, nursing, or educational content is highly preferred.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices.
– Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines.
– Reliable internet connection and excellent communication skills.

Preferred
– Background in healthcare, nursing, medical education, or life sciences.
– Previous experience in content quality assurance, editing, or proofreading.
– Experience working with social media content calendars or digital marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Review 10 to 20 social media posts daily for accuracy, grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
– Verify that information is presented clearly and professionally.
– Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone, and formatting standards.
– Identify factual inconsistencies, broken formatting, or visual issues before publication.
– Provide clear feedback to the content team and ensure revisions are completed when needed.
– Complete the daily QA review before 2:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time to support our publishing schedule.
