Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in social media management
- Hands-on experience with Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (Farcaster and Lens a plus)
- Proven work experience in Web3, blockchain, or emerging tech sectors
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask across clients and timelines
- Highly collaborative with ability to engage cross-departmentally and externally
- Familiarity with influencer engagement and community-driven social campaigns
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience using social analytics tools
- Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and verbal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary client contact for social media initiatives, building relationships that support long-term partnerships
- Lead planning and execution of social media campaigns across multiple clients, including timelines, budgets, and strategy
- Coordinate with creative and social teams to ensure content delivery aligns with project goals and brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, growth, influencer, and community to execute campaigns
- Collaborate with community managers to strengthen engagement and expand client brand reach
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics
- Support and mentor junior social team members to ensure process continuity
