REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken). The ability to write clear, polite, and professional messages is critical.
  • Fast Learner: Must be able to quickly absorb complex product knowledge regarding UAE laws and documentation.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media management tools and responding rapidly on a smartphone or computer.
  • Proactive: Ability to handle a high volume of messages while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Multi-Channel Response: Manage and respond to inquiries across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Lead Management: Monitor comments and direct messages (DMs) to identify potential leads for Business Setup and Visa services.
  • Product Expertise: Quickly learn and explain all our company formation, PRO, and Tourist Visa services.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide timely and helpful information to followers, building trust and encouraging them to choose our services.
  • Fast Learning: Stay updated on changing UAE visa rules and business setup regulations to provide 100% accurate advice.
