REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian), or Russian with proficient English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• UAE driving license and access to transportation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist European & Russian speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Provide expert guidance on luxury properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Help clients navigate the UAE real estate landscape, including securing Golden Visas through property purchases.
• Utilize multilingual skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships with international clients.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processes from start to finish.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging market trends.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings effectively to European-speaking audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimize client experiences and achieve sales objectives.
• Source and secure property listings from developers and secondary market to expand the company’s property portfolio.
