REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years in digital marketing or paid media experience.
  • B2B experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Curate and execute content across our client’s social accounts, including daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, seasonal moments, and campaign themes.
  • Edit and optimize social assets for each platform.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Communications, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent brand execution.
  • Participate in content ideation by incorporating social insights, trends, and performance data into recommendations.
  • Track performance and engagement metrics and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Enter tasks into the project management system, monitor progress, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support social media strategy and employee advocacy initiatives in partnership with the Social Media Manager.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team with campaign tracking, email marketing, and updating marketing documentation.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape—and make informed recommendations.
  • Attend internal/external training sessions and complete relevant social platform certifications.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and brand standards.
