Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Has experience developing social media strategy in a multi-client environment.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across brands and audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe, etc.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for automotive, luxury, outdoor, technology, or enthusiast-driven industries is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
  • Assist with the development and execution of social media content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  • Draft captions, source creative assets, and coordinate content approvals to ensure timely publishing.
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to community engagement opportunities, and help foster positive audience interactions.
  • Research social media trends, platform updates, creator content, and best practices to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Track social media performance metrics and assist in preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, photographers, videographers, and public relations teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with influencer and creator partnership coordination as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, contests, and community growth initiatives.
  • Support client meetings and internal team discussions with social media insights and recommendations.
