REQUIREMENTS

• Social Media & Community Experience: Proven professional background managing social media accounts and building highly engaged communities for an e-commerce brand.
• UGC Creator Background: You must be incredibly comfortable getting in front of the camera. You have experience as a creator yourself and know how to shoot, edit, and produce native content that feels authentic, not corporate.
• Audience Empathy (45+ Weight Loss): You must deeply understand and respect our core demographic (adults 45+ navigating health and weight-loss journeys). You know how to speak their language, validate their struggles, and celebrate their wins without being patronizing.
• Strategic Engagement: You know how to foster real conversations, run community challenges, and create an online environment that people actively want to be a part of.
• Excellent Communication: Flawless written English with a warm, supportive, and encouraging tone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Management & Publishing: Create, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to maintain a flawless and active organic presence.
• Community Building & Activation: Go beyond posting by designing and executing interactive community activities, engagement prompts, routine challenges, and highly shareable content that brings our audience together.
• Front-Facing Content Creation: Act as the face of the brand when needed. Get in front of the camera to film authentic, relatable, and educational content that connects directly with our followers.
• Community Management: Actively monitor and manage the community. Respond to all DMs, comments, and tags within a 24-hour window, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
