REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of short form content and paid social ads
  • Ability to identify strong hooks and ad concepts
  • Comfortable recording voiceovers
  • Experience using CapCut
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools is a big plus
  • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
  • Performance mindset — understanding that the goal is creating ads that convert, not just look good

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research winning ads in our industry and in the Meta Ads Library
  • Come up with new ad concepts and creative angles
  • Write short form ad scripts and hooks
  • Record voiceovers for ads
  • Create AI-generated b-roll using tools like Seedance and similar AI video tools
  • Edit and assemble videos using CapCut
  • Create multiple variations of ads for testing
  • Work with our team to improve ad performance over time
