Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Sinhala (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable
• Has connections to local presenters, hosts, or on-camera talent who can collaborate
• Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, InShot, or any beginner tool) OR strong willingness to learn
• Creative, self-motivated, and understands what performs well on local social media
• Based in Sri Lanka, ideally in Kandy or willing to travel occasionally

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage daily video content for our Sinhala-language social media page
• Write or adapt scripts in Sinhala to match the brand’s tone and audience
• Handle basic on-camera work OR coordinate with presenters/on-camera talent from your network
• Edit videos using beginner-to-intermediate tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar) — training provided
• Manage posting schedule and engage with the Sinhala-speaking community
• Assist in sourcing local presenters or on-camera personalities for video segments
