JOB DETAILS


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant IT end-user support experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with supporting Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and Windows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Triage and respond to tickets per the BetterHealth Service Level Agreement.
  • Routinely follow up on existing tickets until the issue is resolved.
  • Provide technical support for BetterHealth systems and equipment, including but not limited to, Office 365, Windows, printers, scanners, and phones.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Perform onboarding of new employees and consultants, including but not limited to, purchasing equipment, configuring BetterHealth equipment, and provisioning access to BetterHealth systems.
  • Perform offboarding of departing employees and consultants.
  • Maintain asset inventory of equipment purchased, deployed, and returned.
  • Proactively document best practices and self-help documentation in the BetterHealth Knowledge Base.
