JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT end-user support experience.
- Knowledge and experience with supporting Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and Windows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage and respond to tickets per the BetterHealth Service Level Agreement.
- Routinely follow up on existing tickets until the issue is resolved.
- Provide technical support for BetterHealth systems and equipment, including but not limited to, Office 365, Windows, printers, scanners, and phones.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Perform onboarding of new employees and consultants, including but not limited to, purchasing equipment, configuring BetterHealth equipment, and provisioning access to BetterHealth systems.
- Perform offboarding of departing employees and consultants.
- Maintain asset inventory of equipment purchased, deployed, and returned.
- Proactively document best practices and self-help documentation in the BetterHealth Knowledge Base.
