Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
- Strong ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
- Hands-on experience managing selection processes and skills assessment centers
- Familiarity with HR databases and recruitment tools
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct various types of interviews to assess skills and aptitude
- Manage the selection process, including video interviewing and reference checks
- Onboard new employees to ensure successful integration into the company
- Provide analytical recruiting reports and monitor HR best practices
- Act as a primary point of contact to build influential candidate relationships
