Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
  • Strong ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews
  • Hands-on experience managing selection processes and skills assessment centers
  • Familiarity with HR databases and recruitment tools
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Source candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct various types of interviews to assess skills and aptitude
  • Manage the selection process, including video interviewing and reference checks
  • Onboard new employees to ensure successful integration into the company
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports and monitor HR best practices
  • Act as a primary point of contact to build influential candidate relationships
