Senior Project Manager (Design)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for Infrastructure and masterplanning
• Experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred
• Proven track record managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional buildings
• Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead and manage the design process across Infrastructure and master planning projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors, and government entities
• Support pre-contract and post-contract phases including technical evaluations and tender documentation
