Project Manager – Operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in science, engineering, maritime, or subsea studies
• 5-8 years of project management experience in a maritime context
• Familiarity with seismic surveys and/or subsea operations
• Offshore experience in seismic acquisition or subsea operations
• Experience managing project financials
• Ability to travel offshore is mandatory

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage seismic acquisition surveys from contract award through to close out
• Develop survey plans including timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor and track vessel performance metrics and identify operational inefficiencies
• Manage full financial performance including budget oversight, P&L tracking, and invoicing
• Act as the primary client interface for project updates and relationship management
• Conduct regular vessel visits and provide project leadership at the crew level
• Participate in the Emergency Response team as required
