Senior Product Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based)
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes
• Comfort designing for systems and APIs as well as human-facing dashboards
• Strong judgment for strategic and tactical prioritization under deadline pressure
• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships
• Domain experience in benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech
• Strong technical fluency in data-mapping specs, sync and reconciliation logic, and idempotency

RESPONSIBILITES

• Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy, focusing on near-term integrations and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO
• Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery, including migrating benefit costs to unified payroll systems and standing up retirement plan administration
• Build a seamless benefits experience across products to ensure consistent data flow for cost, eligibility, and enrollment
• Own data integrity across partner integrations, serving as the escalation point for benefit-cost data incidents and championing systemic tooling
• Manage the partner portfolio, including sourcing, evaluation, technical integration, and performance monitoring of benefits partners
• Evangelize the roadmap and process changes across Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Partnerships
