REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
Experience in construction, landscaping, MEP, contracting, or a related industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market prices in the UAE.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet deadlines.
UAE experience is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, price, and delivery.
Request and compare quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Operations, Accounts, and Stores teams regarding procurement requirements.
Monitor material deliveries, lead times, and outstanding orders.
Maintain and update the supplier database and procurement records.
Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.
Follow up with suppliers regarding delays, shortages, and quality issues.
Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Assist with project material planning and procurement schedules.
Prepare regular procurement reports for management.
