Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and administration
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems
- Payroll and attendance management knowledge
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office
- HR reporting tools
Experience Requirements
- Typically 4–7 years of HR operations experience.
- Experience in corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or service industries preferred.
- Prior exposure to payroll coordination and HR compliance is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily HR operational activities and employee administration.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and management dashboards.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Support disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training schedules and HR communication activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
