Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of HR operations and administration
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems
  • Payroll and attendance management knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Office
  • HR reporting tools

Experience Requirements

  • Typically 4–7 years of HR operations experience.
  • Experience in corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or service industries preferred.
  • Prior exposure to payroll coordination and HR compliance is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily HR operational activities and employee administration.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and management dashboards.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate training schedules and HR communication activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
