Senior HR Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a lean HR function for a small to medium-sized organization
- High fluency in HRIS, Performance Management, and ATS tooling (e.g., Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Obsessive attention to detail and the ability to ensure error-free work in a high-output environment
- Functional literacy in employment laws and the ability to identify and escalate legal risks
- Proven ability to identify friction in the employee lifecycle and propose innovative operational fixes
- Ability to handle sensitive health and disciplinary data with absolute confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute end-to-end onboarding for all new hires, ensuring all equipment, accounts, and documentation are ready by day one
- Manage the tracking of HR reviews, probation periods, bi-annual performance, and career progression
- Build and maintain a comprehensive HR Operations Playbook documenting all recurring SOPs
- Own the HRIS (Deel) as the canonical source of truth, conducting regular audits to ensure 100% accuracy of employee records and compensation data
- Manage day-to-day enrollment and termination for all team benefit plans and respond to employee inquiries
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage interview scheduling and facilitate the transition from offer letter to onboarding
- Generate quarterly reports on headcount, turnover, and time off for leadership
