Senior HR & Admin Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–8 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience in payroll processing and leave management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in construction or contracting industry is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and HR administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, and HR records accurately
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with management on HR strategy and workforce planning
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain effective workplace communication
- Ensure smooth HR workflow and administrative efficiency across departments
