Senior Analyst, Financial Regulatory Reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical finance role
• Experience in fintech, payments, or a licensed financial services environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel/Sheets, and Power BI
• Experience building models and dashboards rather than just consuming them
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows
• Exposure to regulatory reporting processes or client fund reconciliations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Compliance, and Product teams

Preferred

• Direct experience with regulatory environment submissions in GCC countries
• Exposure to new entity licensing processes or financial system implementation projects
• Background in payments infrastructure, MSB, or EMI licensing environments

RESPONSIBILITES

• Partner with regional Finance leadership on financial analysis, reporting packages, and data-driven insights
• Support unit economics and business performance analysis including LTV, CAC, and profitability views
• Build and maintain dashboards and models using Hex, Excel/Sheets, and SQL
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to define data requirements and validate system outputs
• Identify gaps in existing reporting infrastructure and propose scalable solutions
• Assist with business case and investment analysis for new products or market entry
• Support preparation of timely, accurate regulatory reports for UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
• Maintain oversight of regulatory reporting calendars and compliance trackers
• Support daily/weekly client fund safeguarding reconciliations and reporting packages
• Assist with statutory audit and client money AUP deliverables
