Senior AI & Solutions Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience
• Strong full-stack development skills in React and TypeScript
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
• Significant experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and building LLM-powered applications
• Expertise in AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience with API integration and cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills for presenting to C-level executives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping environment

RESPONSIBILITES

• Build AI solutions including agents, intelligent CRM capabilities, and RAG systems
• Develop innovative AI experiences within the Salesforce ecosystem using Agentforce and Einstein
• Design and build AI-native functionality for a proprietary CRM platform
• Perform full-stack engineering using React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
• Partner with Business Development to create industry-specific technical demonstrations
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders through technical workshops and solution design
• Act as an internal AI champion by developing engineering standards and training teams
• Create technical content such as demo videos, walkthroughs, and articles
