Lead AI Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10 years of experience in software development or Agentic AI frameworks
• Minimum 3 years in a management or director-level leadership position
• Expertise in full-stack development and enterprise software architecture
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Llama Index), RAG, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and REST APIs
• Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• CS Degree (MS or Ph.D. preferred)

Preferred

• Proficiency in Arabic
• Expert familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform

RESPONSIBILITES

• Serve as the senior technical leader on major engagements, advising C-level executives on AI strategy and governance
• Own the technical success of the Professional Services portfolio and oversee deployment of Agentic AI and GenAI/RAG systems
• Define architectural blueprints and MLOps best practices for scalable AI solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and drive internal innovation
• Manage technical risk and contribute to regional revenue targets
• Travel up to 50% across the GCC region to support customers
