JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- UAE trading company experience is mandatory
- Building materials trading experience is strongly required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Hands-on Tally ERP experience
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work 6 days per week on-site in al quoz, Dubai
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently handle end-to-end accounting operations with 2 junior accounts
- Ensure customer payments are collected and coordinate with the debt collection team
- Maintain strict separation and clarity between company and owner finances
- Work daily on Tally ERP (mandatory)
- Prepare and share accurate stock reports with the owner
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Process supplier payments and maintain accurate purchase and payable records
- Ensure all credit invoices are signed, returned, filed, and traceable
- Coordinate with drivers for material collection and support operational problem-solving
- Deal directly with shipping agents, indenting, and Bill of Lading (BL) documentation
- Issue credit notes and invoice adjustments when required
- Prepare salary reports, manage payroll, and ensure timely payouts
- Maintain organized physical and digital records for:
- RTA services
- Insurance
- Government and compliance documents
Accounting Ownership
- Month-end closing
- Balance Sheet, P&L, and Expense reports
- Cash flow monitoring and control
- Revenue, inventory, fixed assets, and payroll accounting
