Senior Account Manager – Financial Services

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. 
   6+ years selling technology solutions into FinancialServices: staff augmentation, IT services, consulting or software
2. A track record of strategic wins you can talk through in detail: the client, the problem, how you won it and the commercial outcome
3. Experience both growing existing enterprise accounts and landing new logos
4. Confidence sellingto C-suite and senior technology leaders in banks,insurers or Fintechs
5. Strong commercial skills across pricing,negotiation and SOW structuring

Nice to have

1. Existing relationships or selling experience in the GCC or wider Middle East
2. Background in staffing, managed services or Teams as a Service
3. Experience mentoringor leading a small sales team
4. Knowledge of key FS tech themes:core banking modernisation, cloud migration, data and AI, cyber security,payments

RESPONSIBILITES

Grow existing accounts(50%)

1. Own and expand our client’s portfolio of FS clients acrossthe GCC
2. Build multi-threaded relationships with CIOs,CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Transformation and Procurement
3. Spot new programmes, teams and budgets early and turn them into TaaS engagements
4. Run accountplans, quarterly businessreviews and renewalstrategies
5. Work closelywith delivery to keep servicequality high and handle escalations

Win new logos (50%)

1. Open and close new business with large banks,insurers, asset managersand high-growth Fintechs
2. Build and run a qualified pipeline through outbound, network and events
3. Lead complexsales cycles end to end, from first meeting to signed SOW
4. Shape proposals, pricing and commercials with the MD
5. Navigate FS procurement, vendor onboarding and regulatory requirements

Lead the function

1. Set the go-to-market strategyfor FS, including target accountsand positioning
2. Forecast accurately and report on pipeline, revenueand margin
3. Represent our client at industry events and build our brand in the GCC FS market
4. Help hire, coach and grow the FS team as the function scales
