REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage accounts and sales processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions.
