Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience within the automotive sector, ideally in fleet, leasing, or asset finance.
- Direct experience working with leasing companies, including understanding their commercial models, funding structures, and relationships with dealer and broker networks.
- Thorough understanding of leasing processes across the value chain, including origination, contract management, residual value setting, remarketing, and end-of-contract or asset-risk management.
- Experience selling software-as-a-service or cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record in account management while managing dealer, broker, and corporate leasing-company stakeholders concurrently.
- User or provider experience with retention or asset-risk-management solutions, ideally within automotive finance.
- Ability to manage engagement across dealer, broker, and leasing-company stakeholders from operational through senior commercial and strategic levels.
- Ability to implement a structured sales approach using MEDDIC alongside Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, questioning, and polite assertiveness.
- Fluency in English.
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a process-oriented environment.
- Computer literacy.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Drive the fleet agenda across dealer, broker, and leasing-company audiences.
- Maximise client adoption of retention solutions through asset-risk-management optimisation and customer-retention outcomes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing and new fleet and retention accounts.
- Own and grow the fleet-solutions agenda with leasing companies and their associated dealer and broker networks.
- Drive adoption of retention solutions with a focus on asset-risk-management optimisation and customer-retention outcomes.
- Identify new-client and cross-sell opportunities across the wider portfolio.
- Deliver account management across dealer, broker, and leasing-company stakeholders.
- Maintain weekly client dialogue across fleet and retention or asset-risk-management workstreams.
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within leasing companies and with dealer and broker principals.
- Develop and apply understanding of leasing-company commercial models, contract and residual-value processes, remarketing, and their intersection with dealer and broker operations.
- Position asset-risk-management optimisation as a driver of retention and commercial value in client conversations.
- Produce quarterly review packs covering fleet performance, retention or asset-risk-management outcomes, and delivered system development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand short-, medium-, and long-term fleet strategies.
- Keep product and sales presentation materials and point-of-sale assets current and available on shared portals.
- Feed back market intelligence on competitor fleet and retention or asset-risk-management offerings.
- Travel regularly in Europe and attend monthly face-to-face team meetings in the UK.
