REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of total experience in Sales Development.
  • 2–3 years of people management experience, ideally managing minimum 4–6 SDRs
  • Strong outbound sales background with proven IC performance
  • Hands-on experience building or running outbound processes (inbound is a plus)
  • Experience in B2B Software as a Service, preferably in high-growth or execution-heavy environments
  • Comfortable working in and have prior experience in international sales motions (Middle East experience is a strong plus)
  • Prior experience of working with Customer Relationship Management systems like Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Familiarity with prospecting and enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Execution-first mindset — you enjoy building, testing, and refining processes
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and lead the inbound and outbound SDR function end-to-end
  • Directly manage and coach a team of 6-10 SDRs, contributing to team targets
  • Build, document, and iterate outbound and inbound SDR processes
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive consistent pipeline creation and opportunity quality
  • Partner closely with Marketing on: lead qualification; campaign follow-ups and conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure: strong handoffs and clear qualification standards
  • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks for the SDR team
  • Drive process improvements, tooling adoption, and playbook creation
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize performance and productivity
