REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfort using calendars, scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, and common office software.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in scheduling, administrative support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with appointment management, calendar coordination, or resource planning tools.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or customer-facing operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and resource schedules.
  • Confirm availability, resolve conflicts, and make timely adjustments as priorities change.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, or other stakeholders to support accurate scheduling.
  • Track schedule updates, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain organized records and scheduling information in internal systems or tools.
  • Support planning for meetings, events, or operational activities as needed.
  • Identify and escalate scheduling issues, gaps, or risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce scheduling errors.
