Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud).
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Apex programming, LWC, Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
- Salesforce DX and CLI
- Integration and Middleware (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.)
- Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Test automation frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Provar)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Provide architectural guidance on best practices for data modeling, security, performance tuning, and application scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce development standards.
- Participate in Salesforce release management, including sandbox strategy, deployment, and version control.
