– Experience with or eagerness to learn productivity tools including HubSpot, Google Docs, Google Sheets, HelpScout, and Gmail.
– Experience with managing GSA schedules and GSA platforms (e.g., GSA eBuy, SAM.gov). a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting a team of 45 salespeople with administrative support in a timely and professional manner
- Completing and submitting vendor registration forms for the sales team
- Customer payment portal registration and troubleshooting
- Lead list input in Hubspot and lead distribution to the team
- Maintenance, updates, and improvements for two GSA schedules, MatterHackers and Computer and Peripherals Group, Inc (aka Source Graphics)
- Completing government supplier forms
- Purchase Order tracking
- Track and manage education and government bids, ensuring timely completion and submission of bid packets.
- Assisting and receiving training from a generous and supportive team of Account Managers and Sales Associates.
