REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales background required (minimum 2+ years preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed a 40% conversion rate
  • Strong closing skills and confidence in selling structured packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience managing shared inboxes or high-volume client communications
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell pre-designed service packages to inbound leads (no sourcing or cold outreach required)
  • Maintain a minimum 40%+ conversion rate
  • Conduct discovery calls and confidently guide clients toward the best-fit package
  • Handle objections professionally and move leads efficiently through the sales process
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Follow up with warm leads in a timely and strategic manner
