Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing new business.
  • Proficiency in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and other sales automation tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites or industry events as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base for B2B software and SaaS solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through multiple channels including inbound MQLs, outbound calls, email, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3X the sales target.
  • Qualify opportunities using sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight value and strategic impact for clients.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting and maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business development to ensure customer success.
