Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years in customer service or sales support
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong math skills for calculating margins and discounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred

• Background in the IT industry
• Technical sales or support experience
• Outbound calling experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly
• Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and Sales Executives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers
• Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis
• Assist the Marketing team with planning and coordinating regional events
• Coordinate with Accounting and Contracts Departments to process orders
