Sales Operations & CRM Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations / CRM / Commercial Operations
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or system integration companies is highly preferred
- Strong experience with CRM systems (ERPNext, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of sales lifecycle and subscription/renewal models
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations & Process Management
- Manage and monitor the full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
- Ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in the CRM system
- Support the sales team in proposals, quotations, and deal progression
- Ensure all sales activities follow company processes and standards
CRM Management (ERPNext or similar)
- Maintain CRM data accuracy (leads, opportunities, accounts)
- Generate pipeline and performance reports
- Enforce CRM usage discipline across the team
- Identify and implement process improvements
Customer Management & Coordination
- Maintain and update customer records and contact details
- Coordinate with customers for onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
- Support communication related to orders, renewals, and account updates
Renewals & Upselling (DocuSign Focus)
- Track renewal timelines and ensure proactive engagement
- Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Work with the sales team to maximize account value
Order Fulfilment & Vendor Coordination
- Manage DocuSign fulfilment orders through distributors (e.g., Ingram / Aptec)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account provisioning
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation process
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track pipeline, conversions, renewals, and revenue metrics
- Provide insights to improve sales efficiency
