Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail sales experience; jewelry industry experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented and able to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a small team setup
• Basic Excel knowledge for daily reporting and analysis
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Immediate availability preferred

RESPONSIBILITES

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach
• Present and sell jewelry products tailored to customer preferences
• Handle sales transactions and prepare accurate bills
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
• Ensure the showroom and sales counter remain clean, tidy, and organized
• Tag and label jewelry items monthly
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales records using Excel
• Assist in basic sales analysis and reporting
• Provide input and feedback to guide purchasing decisions based on customer demand
• Support inventory checks and restocking efforts
