REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Academic Counselling, Credit Card Sales, NBFC Sales, Shop Sales, or Tele-sales will be an added advantage.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Contact prospective clients and explain company services effectively.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
