REQUIREMENTS

Valid UAE LTV driving license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in merchandising, FMCG sales, retail, food, dairy, or beverage distribution is preferred.
Basic knowledge of merchandising principles, stock rotation, and retail operations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other commonly spoken UAE languages is an advantage.
Basic numerical and reporting skills.
Familiarity with smartphones, mobile sales applications, or merchandising reporting tools is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan and merchandising schedule.
Ensure Unikai products are properly displayed in accordance with company merchandising standards and agreed planograms.
Maintain adequate stock levels on shelves.
Check product availability, expiry dates, product condition, and shelf positioning.
Apply the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principle to minimize product expiry and wastage.
Ensure promotional displays, and branding materials are correctly placed and maintained.
Secure maximum shelf space and product visibility within the assigned outlets.
Identify out-of-stock situations and coordinate with the sales and store teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Support the implementation of new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain good working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and relevant retail staff.
Report damaged, expired, slow-moving, or near-expiry stock and support corrective action.
Provide accurate daily merchandising reports, including stock availability, display compliance, competitor activity, and other required information.
Ensure company assets, merchandising materials, and promotional equipment are properly maintained.
Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, and retail outlet regulations.
Perform any other sales or merchandising duties assigned by the supervisor.
