REQUIREMENTS

You have 1+ years of proven experience in e-commerce or online sales.

You understand (or are eager to learn) B2B sales cycles and are not afraid of proactive outreach and cold contact.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade and build trust.

You are results-driven, self-motivated, and thrive on taking ownership of your targets.

You are eager to become a true matcha expert and brand ambassador.

Knowledge of the F&B, wellness, or premium goods sector is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-commerce & Retail Sales: Manage the entire online sales cycle—from processing inbound website orders and providing expert customer consultation via chat/email to executing upsell strategies and recovering abandoned carts.

B2B Wholesale Development: Proactively prospect, acquire, and manage new B2B partners (cafes, restaurants, hotels, wellness shops). The minimum wholesale order quantity starts from 5kg.

CRM & Process Management: Meticulously maintain and update our customer database (CRM) with all interactions and notes.

Market Intelligence: Provide actionable feedback on customer preferences and product trends to help shape our future assortment.
