REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales role
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience
  • Track record of using data and reporting to guide decision making
  • Exceptional account management and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex concepts
  • Natural problem-solving ability with initiative to develop actionable plans

Preferred

  • Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with proven relationship-building ability
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and the publishing industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as customer advocate internally
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer long-term goals
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription changes
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
