REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales role
- Proven team leadership and people management experience
- Track record of using data and reporting to guide decision making
- Exceptional account management and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Natural problem-solving ability with initiative to develop actionable plans
Preferred
- Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with proven relationship-building ability
- Interest in artificial intelligence and the publishing industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as customer advocate internally
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer long-term goals
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription changes
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
