REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural) Business, or related field
-5–8 years of experience in façade / architectural glass industry within the UAE
-Strong knowledge of glass types, façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies
-Experience with high-rise, commercial, and complex architectural projects
-Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
-Familiarity with local authority approvals and standards
-Valid UAE driving license
-Arabic speaking language is advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Identify, develop and manage relationships with consultants, Interior designers, developers, façade contractors, Hospitality, Interior Fitouts and main contractors.
-Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the UAE market.
-Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
-Lead contract negotiations, terms and close high-value façade glass projects in line with company policies.
-Manage projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, and handover.
-Coordinate with Design, Production, QA/QC, Planning, and Logistics teams.
-Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and delivery schedules.
-Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as required
-Monitor project budgets, variations, and payment milestones.
-Handle client coordination, progress updates, and issue resolution.
-Track sales pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts.
-Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
-Prepare regular sales and project reports for management.
