REQUIREMENTS
- Salesdriven mindset with a background in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Multiple years of professional experience, ideally in system solutions, technology, parking, mobility, or similar sectors.
- Very strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Wellpresented, proactive, energetic, eager to learn.
- Team player with strong ethical standards and high reliability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on new customers and system installations across the Emirates.
- Achieve revenue, gross profit, and EBIT targets within the UAE market.
- Drive negotiations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm retention.
- Coordinate with Operations, Estimation, and other internal teams to successfully win UAE tenders and projects.
- Review and analyze RFPs and tenders, extract BOQs, and manage all tenderrelated documentation and correspondence.
- Lead customer meetings and presentations with technical and commercial expertise.
- Travel requirement within the UAE and occasionally within the region (30–40%).
