REQUIREMENTS

  • Salesdriven mindset with a background in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Multiple years of professional experience, ideally in system solutions, technology, parking, mobility, or similar sectors.
  • Very strong MS Office and SharePoint skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Wellpresented, proactive, energetic, eager to learn.
  • Team player with strong ethical standards and high reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on new customers and system installations across the Emirates.
  • Achieve revenue, gross profit, and EBIT targets within the UAE market.
  • Drive negotiations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and longterm retention.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Estimation, and other internal teams to successfully win UAE tenders and projects.
  • Review and analyze RFPs and tenders, extract BOQs, and manage all tenderrelated documentation and correspondence.
  • Lead customer meetings and presentations with technical and commercial expertise.
  • Travel requirement within the UAE and occasionally within the region (30–40%).
