Partnerships & Community Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
3-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, community, client services, partnerships, or marketing operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for talking to people
Highly organized and process-oriented with creative instincts for engaging prospects
Hands-on experience building campaigns, writing emails, and managing day-to-day partnership operations
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and willingness to leverage emerging technology
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and nurture community across Slack, Substack, and social channels to connect Endless Commerce’s networks
Own the customer referral flywheel to drive qualified new business from existing clients
Develop and manage channel partnerships with service providers supporting brands in our ICP
Plan and execute tradeshow presence at events like ExpoWest, Shoptalk, and IHA
Manage follow-up workflows for event attendees, demo participants, and content engagers
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on customer communications and engagement
