Sales Executive – Interior

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Advertising, Signage, Exhibition, Retail Displays, or related industries.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and client management abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and interior designers.
• Promote our interior fit-out, branding, retail display, kiosk, exhibition, and fabrication services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and CRM updates.
