Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or HVAC Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC services, HVAC sales, or a related mechanical field (service or site exposure is an advantage).
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer-facing roles within the HVAC / mechanical services industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; working knowledge of English is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Open to male and female candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and support sales of HVAC services, AMC contracts, and basic retrofit solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations with guidance from senior engineers or management.
• Conduct site visits independently or along with senior sales/technical team members to understand client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations, estimation, and technical teams to support smooth execution of awarded jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities using CRM or internal tracking systems.
